New here

Your first class, step by step.

Most of our members found us through a friend, and plenty had never used a reformer before. Here's exactly what happens.

  1. Pick a class and book it

Reformer (All Levels) on a Sunday morning is made for first-timers. New members get 2 Reformer classes for £30. Book it on our timetable in a few taps.

  2. Arrive ten minutes early

You'll get a quick tour and an introduction to the equipment. Park free on site. Grip socks are a must on the Reformer, and we sell them here.

  3. Stay for the good bit

A cold towel, then a coffee or a smoothie from the drinks bar in the lounge. No rush to leave.

Our story

Built by Shannon and Tyler, for the rest of us.

“The kind of place I personally wanted to go to: somewhere beautiful and welcoming, where you could prioritise yourself for an hour without feeling intimidated or out of place.”

Shannon, co-founder

A First-Class law graduate with a creative streak and a former professional footballer, raising two boys and building the studio they wanted to walk into. The community did the rest.
