Before you visit.
I've never been on a Reformer. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Arrive ten minutes early for your first class and you'll get a quick tour and an introduction to the equipment. Reformer (All Levels) is a good place to start, and your instructor will show you every setting.
What do I need to bring?
Grip socks are required on the Reformer for safety and hygiene, and you can buy them in the studio. For Mat we provide all the equipment, but you're welcome to bring your own mat. Wear comfortable activewear you can move in.
How do I book?
Pick a class on our timetable, pay in a tap and it's booked. Everything you've booked and bought lives in My Opus. Members get priority access to new class drops.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the class and it goes straight back to your account. Cancel later than that, or miss the class, and that class is used.
Am I tied in?
Reformer memberships roll month to month with one month's written notice. Opus Unlimited and the INTENSE memberships have a three month minimum. Class packs have no commitment at all.
